<p>小凱現在小學2年級，半年前常常揉眼睛、頻繁眨眼及看東西時歪頭、斜眼或過近，媽媽發現後帶小凱至眼科檢查視力，發現已近視150度，透過藥物控制、調整作息及定期回診，目前度數得以控制。因為小凱視力問題，媽媽特別注意小凱弟弟小振的用眼習慣，日常生活中遵守用眼30分鐘，休息10分鐘，假日盡量安排戶外活動2-3小時且定期至眼科檢查視力，小振目前小學1年級，視力保持良好。</p>
<p>衛生局局長陳南松說醫學研究顯示，近視是種疾病且一旦發生就無法回復，年紀越小近視，度數增加越快，如果未加以控制，容易高度近視(度數＞500度)，而高度近視易產生早年性白內障、青光眼、視網膜剝離及黃斑病變，甚至有10%會導致失明。</p>
<p>陳南松提醒，近視防治要從幼兒教育開始建立，正確用眼行為，可免除惡視力的威脅。由於學齡期兒童的用眼習慣來自家長或照顧者（含保姆），為孩子建立近視防治的生活型態，從小即養成正確用眼的好習慣，包括減少近距離用眼過度、不要以手機、平板電腦來安撫孩子情緒是當務之急，更呼籲家長謹守護眼6招式:第1招:每天戶外活動2-3小時。第2招:2歲以下避免看螢幕，2歲以上每日不要超過1小時。第3招:用眼30分鐘，休息10分鐘。第4招:閱讀寫字應保持35-40公分的距離，環境光線要充足，姿勢要端正，不歪頭、不趴著。第5招:營養均衡，天天五蔬果。第6招:每年定期檢查視力1-2次，做好視力存款。</p>]]></content:encoded>
