<p style="font-weight: 400;">端午節即將到來，應節的粽子，一向是民眾的最愛。但要吃的健康又吃的安心，食材的選擇與搭配，就非常的重要。以下是南投縣社區營養推廣中心的營養師溫馨的提醒：</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">一、  每天一顆剛剛好</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">粽子常被當成正餐來吃，甚至可能會吃更多，切記每天一顆就好，如果稍不留意吃過量了，就要認真的運動。</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">二、  減少沾醬的使用</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">粽子的餡料已經調味了，若是再搭配其他的沾醬使用，則增加熱量與鈉含量的攝取，高血壓的患者需要多留意!</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">三、  未精緻全榖雜糧</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">部分食材或是米可替換成未精緻全榖雜糧類，像是糙米、紫米、南瓜、地瓜或栗子等，含有較多的膳食纖維與礦物質，還能延緩血糖上升。</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">四、  蔬菜與粽子配著吃</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">粽子的餡料富含纖維質的部分，可能只有筍子與香菇。所以吃粽子的時候，記得要搭配蔬菜，以均衡飲食。</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">五、  換個方式更健康</p>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">瘦肉、雞肉或是豆製品取代較肥的五花肉。</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">細嚼慢嚥，減少腸胃負擔，避免消化不良。</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">餡料以滷的方式取代油炒。</li>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">南投縣社區營養推廣中心營養師賴仁傑表示，粽子做法、餡料、外觀或熱量可能都不太一樣，北部粽與南部粽的烹調方式與口感亦不同，北部粽熱量大約是500-600大卡，南部粽為400-500大卡，我們千萬不要小看粽子的熱量喔!</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">南投縣政府衛生局局長陳南松表示，一年只有一次的端午節，怎麼可能不吃粽子，但在享用美味的同時，不要忘了營養也要兼顧。衛生局為了讓民眾於端午節吃的健康還有機會獲獎，特別在端午節期間，舉辦抽獎活動，邀請民眾至衛生局保健科的臉書參與活動</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">。</span></p>]]></content:encoded>

<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: 新細明體;"><span>端午節將至，為了關心縣府委託安置在社福機構的弱勢縣民，<wbr />縣長許淑華<span lang="EN-US">14</span>日由縣府社會及勞動處長林志忠等人陪同，<wbr />前往草屯鎮吉康護理之家關懷院民，發放慰問金及禮盒，<wbr />同時感謝機構同仁、社工及志工，<wbr />長期照顧院裡孤苦無依老人及身心障礙者，祝福大家歡度端午佳節。</span></span></p>
<p align="justify"><span style="font-family: 新細明體;"><span>縣府目前委託安置在各社福機構的低收入戶、中低收入戶、<wbr />遊民及兒少院民共有<span lang="EN-US">778</span>位，此次核發每人新臺幣<span lang="EN-US">1,000</span>元慰<wbr />問金及選購財團法人天主教會臺中教區附設臺灣省私立慈愛教養院的<wbr />禮盒，希望院民感受到政府及社會大眾的關懷與重視。</span></span></p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">為確保端午節應景食品的衛生與安全，南投縣政府衛生局執行 「112 年端午節業者稽查專案」，針對轄內粽子製造業及餡料食材販售業等進行稽查，計稽查3家製造業及14家販售業，抽驗粽子及豬肉、牛肉、香菇、蝦米、菜脯、鹹蛋黃、花生仁等相關食材共30件。檢驗防腐劑（苯甲酸、己二烯酸、去水醋酸）、漂白劑（二氧化硫）、動物用藥（乙 型受體素）、環氧乙烷、食品中微生物（大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌、金黃色葡 萄球菌、單核球增多性李斯特菌）等項目，檢驗結果全數符合規定。</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">南投縣衛生局陳南松局長表示，消費者購買粽子應留意製作場所的環境衛生與保存條件；選購相關餡料食材應檢查其外觀、氣味及保存狀態，選擇可靠的供應商，確保食材的品質和新鮮度，如有發現異常情況，請勿購買或食用。隨著端午節的到來，台灣即將進入高溫悶熱的季節，炎炎夏日在儲存食物方面，應將生肉、海鮮等生鮮食材和熟食分開儲存，避免交叉污染。生鮮食材應儘快冷藏或冷凍，熟食也應適當保存，依照食材的適宜儲存溫度和保存期限進行處理。</p>
